Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our website include GST
  • Shipping and freight charges are applied as per our Shipping Policy
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier price changes, freight adjustments, or market conditions
  • Special-order items require full upfront payment and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns (see our Returns Policy)
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law

Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price—whether due to a technical error, data entry mistake, or supplier update—we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately and offered the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at checkout before any order is dispatched, unless a trade account has been approved

  • Payment is deemed received only when funds have fully cleared

  • Goods remain the property of CDSA until payment is received in full and cleared

  • For Capricorn Society Limited purchases, the Buyer remains liable for payment if Capricorn does not settle the invoice

  • Trade account holders agree to separate account terms, including late payment fees, interest on overdue amounts, and recovery costs

  • Customers may not deduct, withhold, or set off any amount owed without prior written approval

Dispatch & Ownership

  • Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed or cleared

Ownership transfers to the customer once payment is received in full; however, risk of loss or damage passes upon dispatch or collection, as detailed in our Terms & Conditions

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection
