We are now able to offer testing of common rail injectors. Rather than suspecting your injectors are faulty, have them tested and we can provide you with a printed report showing how they are operating. We can test the following common rail injectors:
• Bosch Car
• Bosch Truck
• Bosch Piezo
• Delphi
• Denso
• Siemens
What we do:
- Ultrasonically clean the injectors
- Visual inspection to check for cracks or signs of damage
- Nozzle measurements
- Electric solenoid test or Piezo testing (depending on style)
- Machine testing using injector test bench unit, test plans specifically designed for each different injector style / type
- Machine test accurately measures both injection spray volume and leak off amounts. This is done through different simulated rev ranges and frequenciesThe machine test will measure High,
- Mid and Idle as well as Pilot and leak off volumes, these ranges will give a great indicator of your injectors current performance and life span
- Supply a copy of test results and written report.
New nozzle seals / washers can also be supplied (additional charges may apply)
We can also source replacements and parts as required.

Products that are returned in their original packaging and that have NOT been fitted to a vehicle will be eligible for full refund if initiated within 14 days of purchase. Warranty claims cover only the price of the part supplied and not any associated labour with fitting/removing of the part.
